Terms of Adoption
All kittens must be at least 12 weeks old before leaving Luxe Kitten Manor. This ensures proper development, socialization, and veterinary care.
All kittens adopted from Luxe Kitten Manor must remain indoor-only for their safety and wellbeing. Outdoor access (including patios, porches, and yards) must be fully enclosed and escape-proof.
Kittens adopted without breeding rights must be spayed or neutered by the age specified in the Adoption Contract. Failure to comply voids all guarantees.
Breeding rights are available only to approved programs. Buyers who purchase breeding rights will receive:
• Full registration
• Breeding permissions outlined in the contract
• Kitten’s pedigree (if applicable)
Breeding rights are not automatically granted and must be approved prior to reservation.
Declawing is strictly prohibited. This procedure is painful, unnecessary, and permanently harmful to the cat. Declawing voids all guarantees and support.
Adopters agree to provide:
• High-quality nutrition
• Clean living conditions
• Routine veterinary care
• A safe, stable environment
• Proper socialization and enrichment
Neglect, improper care, or failure to follow veterinary recommendations voids all guarantees.
If at any point the adopter can no longer keep the kitten or cat:
• The cat must be returned to Luxe Kitten Manor, or
• Luxe Kitten Manor must approve the new home
Kittens may not be surrendered to shelters, rescues, or sold/given away without approval. This ensures every kitten remains safe for life.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Luxe Kitten Manor chooses to cancel a sale.
Luxe Kitten Manor reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time if we feel it is not in the kitten’s best interest. If a sale is declined after a deposit has been placed, the deposit will be refunded in full.
All adopters must sign the Adoption Contract before pickup or delivery. This contract outlines all responsibilities, guarantees, and expectations.
