Health Guarantee
All kittens leave Luxury Estate Kittens after receiving a licensed veterinary exam and age-appropriate vaccinations. Buyers will receive a copy of the veterinary records at pickup or delivery.
Buyers must take their kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery for a routine wellness check.
If the kitten is found to have a life-threatening illness that was clearly present at the time of sale and confirmed in writing by a licensed veterinarian within this 72-hour window, the buyer may receive:
• A replacement kitten of equal value from the next available litter
(No refunds are offered.)
This wellness guarantee does not cover minor or treatable conditions.
Luxury Estate Kittens provides a 1-year guarantee against life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects.
If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a congenital defect within the first year of life that is considered life-threatening or severely life-altering, the buyer will receive:
• A replacement kitten of equal value from the next available litter
A written diagnosis and supporting documentation from a licensed veterinarian are required.
• Stress-related symptoms (sneezing, watery eyes, diarrhea, appetite changes)
• Parasites (internal or external), which are common and easily treatable
• Viral or bacterial illnesses contracted after leaving our care
• Injuries, accidents, or negligence
• Conditions caused by improper diet, poor care, or failure to follow veterinary recommendations
• FIP, FeLV, FIV, or any condition not classified as congenital
To maintain this guarantee, buyers must:
• Complete the 72-hour wellness check
• Keep the kitten indoors only
• Provide proper nutrition and routine veterinary care
• Follow all recommendations in the Adoption Contract
• Maintain a safe, clean environment
Failure to follow these requirements voids the guarantee.

• Each kitten leaves in good health to the best of our knowledge
• All kittens receive a licensed veterinary exam
• All kittens are raised in a clean, loving environment
• We will always act in the kitten’s best interest
