A $300 deposit is required to reserve any kitten.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another kitten or future litter.
A kitten is not considered reserved until the deposit has been received.

We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or other third-party processors.
• In-person pickup: Remaining balance is due in cash at pickup.
• Delivery: Remaining balance is due upon arrival at the buyer’s location.
All balances must be paid in full before a kitten leaves our care.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable, except in the rare case where Luxury Estate Kittens chooses to cancel a sale.
If we decline a sale after a deposit has been placed, the deposit will be refunded in full.
No refunds are given for common kitten stress symptoms such as sneezing, mild diarrhea, coccidia, giardia, or upper respiratory irritation.
Payment plans are not offered.
All kittens must be paid in full before leaving our care.
Kittens cannot be held without a deposit.
All buyers must sign the Adoption Contract before pickup or delivery.
Luxury Estate Kittens reserves the right to refuse sale to any individual at any time.
If a sale is declined after a deposit has been placed, the deposit will be refunded in full.
